GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

IMB ROBOT TEKNOLOJİLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“IMB” or “Company”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the preservation and processing the personal data of real persons with whom the Company interacts in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), secondary regulations (regulation, communiqué, circular) and binding the decisions taken and to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board. With the full understanding of this responsibility, we process your personal data as "Data Controller" as defined in the Law, as explained below and within the limits ordered by the legislation.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by the Company's business units in order to carry out the commercial activities carried out by the Company in accordance with the legislation and Company policies, and to carry out activities in this direction, to determine and plan the commercial policies of the Company in the short, medium and long term. implementation, designing and executing the Company's human resources activities, fulfilling the Company's obligations arising from the relevant legislation, managing customer relations and corporate communication processes, and ensuring the commercial and legal safety of real and legal persons with whom the Company has a business relationship within the limits specified, in accordance with the law, in accordance with the rules of honesty, and always in connection with these purposes, in a limited and measured way.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data, within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, primarily to legally authorized public institutions, judicial and administrative authorities, private law legal and real persons allowed in other legislation, institutions and organizations authorized to audit the Company, is transferred to the contracted payment institutions in order to fulfill the payments and financial obligations, to the business partners from whom services are received or cooperated for the execution and development of the Company's activities, and to the Company's suppliers only when necessary, by taking the data security measures specified in the Law.

Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reason

Your personal data is collected by the authorized units and employees of the Company through automatic and non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing or electronically.

In this context, personal data included in the category of identity, communication, personnel, legal action, customer transaction, physical space security, transaction security, risk management, finance, professional experience, marketing, visual and audio recordings is processed based on the legal reasons in the second paragraph of Article 5 of Law that states in direct relation to the establishment or performance of the contract it is mandatory to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, data processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation for the Legitimate interests of the Holding, provided that it has been made public by the data subject himself, and the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

Rights of Data Owners Under the Law

By applying to the IMB at any time, you can request to exercise your rights of

• •   Learning if your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• •   Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• •   Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, at home or abroad,
• •   Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• •   Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
• •   Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the Law, to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• •   Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• •   Requesting the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

You can submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law by filling out the application form, which you can obtain from https://imbrobotics.com/, and sending it to “Maltepe Üniversitesi Ar-Ge Binası, Sanayi Mah Teknopark Bulvarı No.1/11C 5, Teknopark No:509 D:Kat, 34906 Pendik/İstanbul”  with wet-ink signature via notary public, registered mail with return receipt or with your personal application, or you can send it to imbrobot@hs01.kep.tr or info@imbrobotics.com using your KEP address or your e-mail address already registered in the Company's data recording system after signing the application form you filled in electronically with your mobile signature or secure electronic signature. If the IMB will respond in writing to requests within this scope, it will respond up to ten pages without charge and by charging 1 Turkish Lira transaction fee for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In the application containing your explanations and request to use the above-mentioned rights regarding the right you have as the personal data owner; the issue you request must be clear and understandable and you will need to submit your special power of attorney certified by a notary public if the issue you request is about yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else. In your applications, name-surname, signature, ID number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, the elements of the request are mandatory in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller". Applications that do not contain the aforementioned elements will be rejected by the IMB.
